VERDICT

An allegation examined, not a finding of fraud

“153 fake degrees” is the title HP-PERC gave the issue it registered. The inspection reports it released under RTI record no probable irregularity in those admissions, with one attendance record missing.

Scope: Based only on HP-PERC RTI reply No. HPPERC/302/RTI Vol-IX/2023-228 dated 06.05.2024 and its Annexure-A. It makes no finding that any IEC University degree is fake, and names no student.
