Our structured Internship Programme outlines roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines that our interns adhere to. Interns engage in various tasks, including legal research, case note preparation, drafting research memoranda, and assisting attorneys in case preparation and transactions. Dedication is a prerequisite for interning with us.

As part of the program, interns rotate through different practice groups, gaining exposure to various areas of law and a wide range of legal issues. This hands-on experience allows you to apply theoretical knowledge, develop practical skills, and enhance teamwork abilities. It's an opportunity for intrinsic learning that nurtures cognitive skills, internal and external relationship management, and overall personality development, essential for a successful future in law

Eligibility & Selection :

  • Students who have completed at least two years of a 5-year Law program.
  • Students in the 2nd and final year of the 3-year LL.B program.
  • Students awaiting the results of their final year law examination.
  • LL.M. students and international students studying in overseas law schools.

To be considered for our Internship Program, please send your resume and a covering letter. Applications can be submitted between 45 to 30 days in advance of the internship start date.

Internship Experience :

We are committed to guiding you towards becoming a skilled legal professional. We offer real responsibilities to our interns to prepare them for future roles within our firm. Each intern is paired with a mentor who provides guidance, resolves queries, and oversees their overall development within the organization.

During your internship, you are expected to complete a minimum of one month and present a project at the end, with the topic decided by your mentor. This presentation challenges you to think creatively and set high-quality benchmarks for your contribution to the organization.

Our goal is to train and develop students in the promotion and protection of intellectual property rights through advocacy, research, and education. Interns gain practical experience, conduct independent research, and address intellectual property rights concerns that interest them.

Post-Internship Formalities :

After your internship, you will need to
  • Write a two-page report summarizing your experience.
  • Give a presentation on a legal topic.
  • Optionally, write an academic paper related to your internship experiences.
  • Complete the Internship Finalization Form.
  • Receive an Internship Certificate from the firm.

Dress Code :

  • Female Interns: Semi-formal western attire (pants and collared shirts) or semi-formal Indian attire (pant with kameez).
  • Male Interns: Smart trousers, office shirts, and smart jackets in winter. Earrings, long hair, and stubbles are not permitted.
  • Casual clothing, sneakers, and sports shoes are allowed only on Saturdays and holidays. Casual attire must be clean, tidy, and modest. Shorts and very casual dresses are not allowed on any day.
  • Please avoid loud colors or large prints.

Office Timings :

10:00 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday

Saturdays are working days until 7 PM, except for the Second and Fourth Saturday of each month.

Do's & Don'ts :

  • Interns must bring their own laptops.
  • Usage of pen drives and other USB devices is strictly prohibited.
  • Official data or confidential information belonging, should not be misused or shared without Senior Associates' permission.
