VERDICT
The state holds no degree records and does no monitoring
The Directorate is not the custodian of NEFTU degrees and keeps no monitoring records. UGC permission on its file is for the main campus in regular mode only, and a 2015 state memorandum prohibits off-campus centres outside Arunachal Pradesh.
